Next Generation Volunteer Application

Thank you for seeking to become a Next Gen Volunteer at Calvary Church. We depend on our volunteers to make our ministries possible. Our mission at Calvary is to make Christ-like disciples with our families and children as we go into the world to reach our communities. First and foremost our goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all minors and adults who are involved in church activities so that we can accomplish our mission. To facilitate this, we must gather pertinent information from those who desire to volunteer. This information will be used for the sole purpose of helping the church provide a safe and secure environment for all.

**A Background Check and Child Safe Training is required for all Next Gen Volunteers. Calvary Church will update this every 2 years.
